Native American Chocolate Workshop

As part of our Kids and Youth Class & Workshop series (Sponsored by Measure X, City of Oceanside) we had the opportunity to host a wonderful yummy workshop: Native American Chocolate Workshop.
Chocolate lovers, joined us for a hands-on chocolate making class that brought back to the roots of this ancient and sacred food! In this immersive workshop, our participants learned how to roast and grind cacao beans using traditional methods, and crafted their own chocolate bar from scratch!
