Acorn Processing with Diania Caudell

This workshop was led by Diania Caudell, and focused on acorn processing using traditional Native American techniques. Participants were able to gain insight into the historical and cultural significance of acorn processing, while also gaining hands-on experience with the traditional methods used by Native American communities.
