Native American Reed Basket Weaving

Native American Reed Basket Weaving December 22, 2025 3:00 - 5:00 PM Libby Lake Community Center 4700 N River Rd. Oceanside, CA. 92057 Native Pathways, sponsored by Measure X and the City of Oceanside, invites youth ages 10 to 18 to discover the art of traditional Native American reed basket weaving in this hands-on cultural workshop. Participants will create their own handwoven basket using time-honored techniques. Once completed, each participant will choose from a selection of gifts to fill their basket and take home for the holidays.
